Established in 2010 by Roger Rezabek and Donna Anderson, Rezabek Vineyards sits on a 10 Acre property just north of the East Fork of the Lewis River in Clark County, Washington. The initial plantings of 300 Pinot Noir vines (clones: Pommard, 777, and 115) and 100 Chardonnay vines (Dijon 96) took place that first year. Over 750 more vines were planted during 2011 and more than 1500 during 2012 and 2013. Plantings now include Pinot Noir 114 and 667, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay 76, 95, and 548.
The wine-making facility is being prepared with total output of 800-1000 cases per year under the brand name of Daybreak Cellars. Look for a full range of wine-styles, from naturally fermented sparkling wine to both red and white varietals to fortified port-style dessert wines. Plan to visit Rezabek Vineyards. The Tasting Room is open on weekends spring through fall and by appointment.
