The vineyards consist of three blocks with the North Block being the largest. It includes over two acres of wine grapes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. A West Block is home to Pinot Meunier, the third grape of Champagne. The Pinot Meunier plantings are believed to be the first ever planted in Clark County, and will contribute to a sparkling wine, produced and bottled at the winery. The East Block contains about a half acre of Pinot Noir
The vineyards are farmed in an eco-sensitive and sustainable manner, the vines grow naturally with minimal intervention. The vineyard is frequently visited by black tail deer, coyotes, garter snakes, field mice, and overseen by swallows in the summer, and red tail hawks all year long.
