Our first crush was during the fall of 2012. Just over one ton of Tempranillo, and a ton of Pinot Noir, both sourced from the Columbia Gorge, were crushed and made into red wines. Tempranillo, a Spanish grape that thrives in somewhat warm areas such as Spain and eastern Washington State, has become our Flagship wine. We have crushed a ton or more each year at the winery, and have made 100% Tempranillo wines, as well as blends and Rose´s from the grape. One of our new releases is a Tempranillo based Port-Style dessert wine. Many of our wines have won awards at both regional and International competitions
We use oak in many of our wines, but not in all. And we age the wines before bottling to allow each batch to achieve its height of character and complexity before bottling and release. We produce Chardonnay, Tempranillo, Pinot Noir, Red Blends, White Blends, Sparkling and Rose´ wines. Go to our Wine Page to see a complete list of our current offerings.
